Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel Rooms

The price does not match the quality. This hotel is like a motel. Should not be more than $80 a night. I can’t believe I paid $257 a night. Very old

It is an affordable choice. Shuttle was great

The staff was super friendly and helpful about all our questions. The food, while not included, was affordable and delicious while being served in generous portions. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave, which proved very useful.

The room was specious, the staff was very helpful and the location is great if you have an early morning flight. Also if you like planes, they fly by the hotel so you can watch them pass and take close photos. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport is why we booked this hotel and the service was good.

The shuttle was great!

All staff was excellent on the phone, by email, and in person. The shuttle was on time and were friendly and were helpful with our luggage. They answer the phone immediately without any delay. All concerns were dealt with immediately. Example, we couldn't get our room any warmer and the staff had a solution immediately and within 5 minutes she brought us to our room a portable space heater that heated our room efficiently. The next morning we blew a fuse and they had our hydro back in 3 minutes. I just spent 9 days out of country and 3 extra nights near the airport. The best was the Best Western

It was good choice, if more option added. Environmental was though good, but more can be done, improvement can be made by providing one page orientation to visitor, how to catch train or bus, close by restaurants, visitor places etc.

Staff was Ok

Comfortable and secure and having restaurant attached is a bonus for a solo traveller
